WARRANTY COVERAGE

All iPhone cases, iPad cases, MacBook cases, sleeve/bags, AirPods cases, Apple Watch cases which are purchased from SwitchEasy Amazon store are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Electronic accessories such as the styluses, wireless charging power banks, charging cables and mini fans are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. If you have a product requiring service, please contact us at support@switcheasy.com and include the following information.

• Order number
• Proof of purchase
• Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
• Contact name, full delivery address and telephone number

RESTRICTIONS & LIMITATIONS

Warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, accidents, abuse, misuse, improper care, industrial use, or acts of God. Warranty does not cover natural deterioration of parts such as battery core and rubber material.
